Fuel Pump Swap / Vacuum for Wipers

Trying to stay true to original.

Removed electric fuel pump.

Purchased new dual diaphragm mechanical fuel pump (Airtex 4032).

Bought replacement hoses/clamps for fuel and vacuum hoses.

Fuel Pump install COMPETED.

Decided to keep fuel pressure regulator inline to prevent carb flooding (Set at 2 PSI).

Wipers not functioning as expected, need to test vacuum.  Might need rebuild.
